Cubex are pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Trahair-Williams to the position of Associate Director.
Sarah’s role at Cubex is primarily on the delivery side, where she is currently responsible for managing the completion of phase two of the award winning Finzels Reach scheme. This final phase includes Halo, a BREEAM Outstanding 116,000sq ft office development, set to be the greenest office building in the UK, Millwrights Place a 231 bed Build to Rent scheme and Coopers Court a 66 bed affordable housing scheme all in close proximity. All forward funding schemes concluded in 2020 and include two of the largest ever Bristol deals with a combined value of c.£145m.
Concurrent with her involvement in securing the forward funding deals, Sarah was responsible for securing building contacts with Wilmott Dixon on each project and will be responsible for managing the external pre-construction and construction teams on existing and future projects
In addition, Sarah was involved in the first letting for Halo to Osborne Clarke and will play an active part in securing lettings for the remaining three floors.
